  • Registration Fees

    The registration fees are listed in US Dollars; payment is also required in US Dollars. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.

    Please Note: Registration discounts expire at 11:59 pm ET on the dates referenced in the table above.

  • Pre/Post Conference Workshops

    If you have previously registered online for the conference you may ADD A WORKSHOP to your full conference registration.

    Pre-conference workshops require full conference registration.

  • Guest Passes

    Guest Full Package Tickets and Guest Individual Event Tickets are available for purchase by any full conference registrant. Please note the purchases of the guest tickets are only necessary if you are planning to bring a guest to accompany you to the evening events or conference meals. The primary registrant’s full conference regisration includes attendance to the welcome reception and social event.

    Guest Full Package Ticket
    The guest full package ticket includes a printed badge, all meals, and access to all evening events for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e. your spouse or colleague).

    Guest Individual Event Ticket
    A guest individual event ticket includes access to the Welcome Reception only or the Social Event only for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e. your spouse or colleague).

    Both guest ticket options will be available for purchase during the registration process or you may purchase them during the conference.

    Please note guests tickets do not include access to any educational sessions.

Membership Information

  • Renewing Members and Non-members

    It is important to note, this conference is only open to current members of AIS. You must join or renew your AIS membership prior to registering for the conference or most pre/post event workshops.

    Please Note: If you will be joining or renewing your AIS membership your registration payment and membership dues will be processed separately. Please look to receive a separate receipt for each transaction.

  • Institutional member

    If you are an AIS Institutional Member and will be using your University’s complimentary conference registration for this conference, please contact the membership coordinator at to verify your eligibility and receive the appropriate promotional discount code prior to completing your online conference registration. Once you receive your promotional code, you may enter it during your online registration to receive the complimentary rate.

  • Flexible Policy

    We understand that due to the pandemic you may need to change your conference registration from in-person ⇆ virtual.  Please reach out to the if you need to cancel your original registration and instead register for an alternative conference format. Additional fee(s) may be required based on your new registration type and availability of SIG/ancillary meetings is not guaranteed based on your new registration.

  • Substitution Policy

    Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please email the name of the AIS member who you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address to Credits toward workshops, evening events or guest tickets are not allowed. Also note, the person you are transferring your registration to must register as the same registration type and have the same AIS membership status.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Request for refund or cancellation must be in writing via email (, fax or mail and are subject to the following schedule:


    • Received by November 18, 2021 – Full refund less $125 administrative fee.
    • Cancellation requests received on November 19, 2021 to November 31, 2021 – Full refund less $225 administrative fee.
    • Cancellation requests beginning December 1 onward – Full refund less $450 administrative fee.


    • Received by November 18, 2021 – 100% refund.
    • Cancellation requests received on November 19, 2021 to November 31, 2021 – 50% refund.
    • Cancellation requests beginning December 1 onward – 50% refund.
