WHY SHOULD I STAY AT THE ICIS CONFERENCE HOTEL?

Staying “within the block” is not only a convenient way to help you stay connected with activities and networking opportunities during the meeting, it also helps to promote a successful and rewarding experience and keeps your meeting costs as low as possible.  AIS recognizes that you have a number of options when securing hotel accommodations and a major commitment has been made to secure a large block of quality hotel rooms at a competitive rate.  AIS is legally bound to fill the guest room block and an inability to fill the block will result in severe financial penalties which could affect negotiations and your costs for future meetings.

HOUSING FRAUD ALERT:  Please be aware that ONLY the ICIS 2021 hotel listed on this page will be the contracted conference housing provider.  The custom ICIS hotel link to book your room at our discounted rate will be provided above.  The host hotel will NOT contact you directly to make a reservation.  By booking through the link provided on the ICIS 2021 conference site, you will be working directly with the host hotel and you will benefit from all services provided to ICIS attendees through our contract, including complimentary high-speed internet.  Companies other than the contracted hotel may contact you (often by phone) claiming they are affiliated with AIS/ICIS offering hotel rooms at reduced rates.  These companies are not affiliated in any way with AIS or ICIS and we strongly recommend that you DO NOT use their services.  If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for ICIS or if they represent themselves as an AIS/ICIS housing provider, please obtain as much information as you can and email that information to robina@aisnet.org.
